pHPerfect is an intelligent choice for irrigation water treatment. It contains acid in a more controlled complex form that provides a way of avoiding dangerous mineral acids. pHPerfect makes it possible to utilize acids in association with turf treatment, while reducing risk to personnel. Treating irrigation water with pHPerfect can improve water penetration.
Application Instructions
pHPerfect Water Treatment additive should only be applied by carefully controlled injection into irrigation water.
Application rates should be determined by laboratory titration of pHPerfect into irrigation water sufficient to reduce bicarbonate levels below 2.0 equivalents per liter (120 ppm) bicarbonates on bentgrass and bluegrass and 3.0 equivalents per liter (180 ppm) bicarbonates on Bermudagrass.
Rates to accomplish this may vary depending on total dissolved solids (TDS) and total buffering capacity of irrigation water.
Handling & Storage
Store between 40-95° F. Avoid direct heat or fire. Decomposition may occur at high temperatures (above 225° F). Avoid Freezing!
Keep out of reach of children. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid inhalation, eye contact, or ingestion. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin which may cause irritation. Wash thoroughly after handling. Corrosive.
