TurfPlex™ 8-4-24 is formulated to provide a substantial amount of potassium while supplying a smaller amount of nitrogen. Potassium is important for sustaining the plant through high stress periods. Potassium carbonate is used to provide a longer lasting potassium source with a minimum burn potential. All nutrients are in a soluble form allowing for frequent spoon-feeding. TurfPlex 8-4-24 also contains organic acids from leonardite which enhances turf performance, nutrient uptake, and improves soil quality.
Application Instructions
One gallon of TurfPlex 8-4-24 contains 2.83 lb. of potash and 0.94 lb. of nitrogen. For 0.1 lbs K2O/1000 sq.ft. of turf apply 4.5 oz. of product diluted in 2.5 gal. water per 1000 sq. ft. or 1.5 gal. of product diluted in 100 gal. of water per acre. For 0.25 lbs K2O/1000 sq.ft. of turf apply 11.3 oz. of product diluted in 5 gal. water per 1000 sq. ft. or 3.8 gal. of prod-uct diluted in 100 gal. of water per acre.
Shake well before using.
Handling & Storage
Store between 40-95° F. Avoid direct heat or fire. Decomposition may occur at high temperatures (above 225° F). Avoid Freezing!
Keep out of reach of children. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid inhalation, eye contact, or ingestion. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin which may cause irritation. Wash thoroughly after handling. Corrosive.
